At East Devon Firewood, we can deliver to your door loads of hardwood and seasoned logs. Bio-log briquettes are also available.
Dry firewood is essential in order to have an efficient, smooth running log burner or open fire. It is therefore necessary that the firewood has been properly prepared to allow it to have the best possible burn.
It is important that the firewood logs are well seasoned. Any water contained within the logs when burning, must firstly be evaporated and this takes a rather surprising amount of energy to do so.
